Recipe: Berry Chia Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients:

-2 cups So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk

-1/2 cup Salba Chia Seeds

-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

-pinch of sea salt

-Emmy’s Super Cereal and fresh berries to top!

Do it:

Instructions: The night before combine the coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a bowl and stir. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. The next day, layer the chia pudding with fresh berries, and Emmy’s Super Cereal in a glass and serve!
