Enjoy the perfect healthy parfait this summer! We love this simple, delicious recipe that is packed full of Vitamins A, E, and C, antioxidants, Omega-3 Fatty Acids, and calcium.
Recipe:
Soak 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds with 1 cup of Almond Milk. Stir and store in the fridge overnight.
In the morning stir in a few Blueberries and 1/4 teaspoon of Cinnamon together and start assembling.
2 tablespoons of Emmy's Organics Super Cereal in Sweet Buckwheat, Diced Papaya, and 2 tablespoons of Blueberry Chia Mix along with Fresh Blueberries; do two layers of this and top with Papaya, Blueberries and Fresh Sweet Basil.
