Sunny Days

Well this has just been the most beautiful week ever! So much sunshine! I love it. Though we spend a good amount of time in the kitchen, we have been taking snack breaks outside. After hearing the great news about Whole Foods this week, we have been making a ton of food. When I think back to the very beginning, I can really see how much more efficient we are about production. For example, the new norm for us is making four batches of each macaroon flavor when in the beginning we made one at a time. The set up and clean up is also extremely smooth and familiar. It feels really great. We will be sending out our first Whole Foods order at the beginning of next week, so if you are ever in Princeton, NJ, pick up some of our goodies!

To celebrate Labor Day, we are bringing a batch of popsicles that we made earlier this summer. The market is going to be lovely, I cant wait. See you tomorrow!
