Hey Everyone! Hope you are doing so so well. We have had a great week this week, our pace really switched up. We had a large order to fill that required us to make almost everything but macaroons. Some new innovations came along such as some ginger snap cookies and chocolate energy balls. We are just going nuts with these cookies (pun intended). Tomorrow at the market, our lovely tiered cookie tray is going to be packed. Also, our local co-op, Greenstar, is now carrying our cookies in packages of two. They are going to be a hit!

Though it has been rainy the past few days (the sound of it is really nice right now), we are still super pumped for the market tomorrow. Check out the menu below, I highly recommend the lemon cheesecake, its kind of amazing. Much love.
