Below I am adding a video of scooping! This is what we are currently doing to form the macaroons. Making them doesnt take too long, but scooping very large quantities can take some time. Now you can get a sense of what we do during most mornings!! We make it pretty fun and it is quite meditative.

After the car ride this past weekend, I wanted to share some snacks that I have been enjoying on the run. I am all about crunch. 1) "just tomatoes" dried peas 2) sunflower sprouts 3) "nature's path" mesa sunrise cereal 4) kombucha. yum. What do you grab on the run?
